Policies on reservations, payments, refunds, liability and complaints as seen on the Reservation Form: I consent to, acknowledge and agree that: 1) in consideration of making and having a reservation at or staying at Silver Birches Resort ("the resort) any credit/debit card or other information provided by me may be used to assist the owner of the resort in providing additional services ordered by me and in collecting amounts owing by me from my credit/debit card provider; 2) any damage or loss to resort property or personnel that is the result of my actions or the actions of persons or pets accompanying myself, or the payment of lodging charges shall be paid for from my above credit/debit card information or myself personally and the owner of the resort in the owner's sole discretion shall be able to deduct, as my agent, the reasonable costs of any repairs or replacement of the resort property or payment of lodging charges from my above credit/debit card; 3) I agree that the making of a reservation creates an agreement between myself and the owner of the resort and I agree that by providing my credit/debit card information I shall pay the full cost of such reservation acknowleding that the owner of the resort shall suffer damages should I attempt to and get a refund from my credit/debit card provider of my payment; 4) I further agree that the owner may in his absolute discretion refund any monies paid or paid through my above credit/debit card only if my reserved spot is re-rented for the same time period minus a 20% administration charge; 5) All persons including myself entering the resort agree to enter at their own risk and the resort and its owners and employees shall not assume any liability for any loss or damage to the property of any guests or any injury to any guest; 6) All guests shall notify the resort of any serious medical condition they have; 7) the resort reserves the right to change reserved locations; 8) I have explained the above policies to those travelling with me; 9) I agree that I shall make any complaints first in writing to the owner and shall send such complaints by fax or e-mail; and, 10) I understand that the resort and its owner and employees are relying on my consent and acknowledgement of the above policies.
